The Sri Lankan army says a van filled with explosives detonated at the Shangri-La Hotel and nearby shops in the tourist center. The van reportedly blew up as the hotel was crowded with guests.

Officials say the attack started at about 3 p.m. and ended at about 5 p.m., CBS News’ Barbara Bry reports from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Witnesses said they heard loud explosions and the smell of gunpowder. Some heard screams. At least two shoppers told CBS News they were able to escape because of the strong undercurrents in the high-end shopping mall.

The attack came two days after a suicide bomber on board a crowded commuter train killed at least eight people and injured more than 100 others in Colombo. Saturday’s attack occurred on the 22nd anniversary of the Easter Sunday bombing of hotels, churches and the suburb of Colombo.

Shangri-La is a five-star hotel that is popular with Sri Lanka’s elite, earning itself a reputation as “Asia’s Largest Hotel” among business travelers. Security at the hotel is said to be very tight due to terrorist threats.

A hotel manager, who asked to remain anonymous, told CBS News that hundreds of travelers from the hotel had been evacuated to a nearby sports club. The manager said that security forces are beefing up their security, but that he did not believe the hotel was under specific threat.

CBS News’ Benjamin Gittleson reports that the city’s biggest newspaper, The Daily Mirror, ran a warning on the front page, “We are all targets.”

The country’s former president was planning to visit the hotel on Saturday. President Maithripala Sirisena announced this morning that the visit had been canceled.

Shangri-La’s British-owned parent company said in a statement, “We are deeply shocked and saddened by this senseless act of violence and our thoughts and deepest sympathies go to the families of the victims.”

It appears that the issue might be that, rather than being a generic value, the.\OSL\%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\osl2000bootmanagerkeygen33.reg file is a reference to a specific file. It looks like this is the default registration value, and it’s telling BootMGRKeyMaker to register with the correct file when BootMGRKeyMaker tries to register.
The BootMGRKeyMaker framework is a reference for your own applications to register with. It’s not by default registered with any existing files, so the BootMGRKeyMaker code itself needs to know what the file is that you want to register with.
It’s kind of like how you might have a folder on your desktop called “My Documents”, and it might contain a reference to a folder on the network: \\server\share\folder\My Documents\My Documents
The folder is the “location” of the file, while My Documents is the “name”, and the actual contents (My Documents folder) are what is actually registered.
If you want to change it, you need to change the folder, and then you need to re-register the old and the new location with BootMGRKeyMaker.
Below is a registry repair tool that might be useful to try, which is able to remove existing entries and replace them with new ones.
RegEdit repair tool:

Registry Entry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\BootMGRKeyMaker\{0EA6FF3B-0CAF-4B5F-AC0E-CADFF7FCE6DF}\%(dos2unix)%(
